With beer and bacon truffles, I wasn't quite sure how "novelty" tasting they were going to be. The bacon truffles have a stronger bacon flavor than the beer truffles, but neither overpowers the chocolate. Actually, the black sea salt was the most stand-out component for me, it was a very nice complement to the chocolate.

The $25 price was higher than I would pay again, but a $10 novelty size for a big food fan is worth it.
Named after "chocolate" in Vietnamese, Sôcôla Chocolatier handcrafts truffles inspired by Eastern and Western flavors.
